What will this programme cover?

• Learning to understand and read your child’s emotional needs
• Supporting your child’s ability to successfully manage emotions
• Developing your child’s self esteem
• Helping your child to build secure attachment

Who is it for and When is it happening? This group is for parents and caregivers of children aged 1-10 years.  Children do not come to this group. 8 sessions on Tuesdays at 10am-11:30am. from 17 September Please note that there is no session on 29 October.

Where: Mounttown Community Facility, Fitzgerald Park, Monkstown A96KR65. Parking is free. There is a 46A bus stop on Mounttown Rd Lower which is very near Mounttown Community Facility.
